Coach ticket [London - Newcastle] return ?

[Any date, Any time] Hi guys I booked coach ticket London(Victoria) - Newcastle(Coach station) [return] I was trying to cancel it but they are not allowed to do it. The only way what I can do is to change the coach date and time. If you are interested to go to Newcastle just let me know(time and date). I will discount 5 pound then normal coach price.
