Bloc Party Warehouse Project tickets x2 £30 each ?

i have 2 spare tickets to this friday (19th Oct) warehouse project curated by Bloc Party. My friends are ill and can no longer attend. 30 for each ticket. They are real tickets in-hand, not e-tickets. Ticket face value 25 plus 3.75 booking fee per ticket.
